Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The QA Specialist will ensure organizational operations align with funding source regulations and requirements, facilitate processes that tie into the organization's Quality Management plan, conduct internal audits of various agency processes, and ensure participant and employer partner satisfaction through quality improvement activities. You will receive several months of training in agency operations and different areas of direct service.

Brief Summary of Job Duties:To note, this is not an exhaustive list; this is just an overview to offer context to the role.

  • Conduct site checks at participant work sites to address issues, gauge participant and employer satisfaction, garner input to enhance employment outcomes, and assess supports, potential for fading, health and safety concerns, etc.
  • Must be comfortable sharing feedback and addressing sensitive matters on the spot.
  • Collecting, inputting, and analyzing data as it relates to the CIS Quality Management Plan.
  • Provide job coaching services as needed.
  • Internal audits of records, including billing.
  • Incident reporting and risk mitigation tasks.
  • Potential to become a PA Certified Investigator and assume a more robust Incident Management role.
  • Assist with various compliance areas and external audits, provider monitoring processes, etc.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (four yearcollege or technical school).
  • 1plus years of experiencein Education, Social Services or Businesspreferred.

  • Abilityto effectively useMicrosoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.

  • Possess valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

  • Must have access to an automobile and internet access athome.

  • Must be able to provide consistent job coaching availability (1 day/week).

  • Able to pass all requiredbackground checks.

  • Must be fully vaccinated or in the process of getting fully vaccinated.
